Montview Boulevard Presbyterian Church
1980 Dahlia St., Denver, CO 80220
The evening brings together Rev. Dr. Mitri Raheb, Palestinian theologian, author, and founder and president of Dar al-Kalima University in Bethlehem; Nadia Bolz-Weber, Lutheran pastor and bestselling author; Dr. Miguel A. De La Torre, scholar, author, activist, and documentary filmmaker; Dr. Atalia Omer, professor of religion, conflict, and peace studies; and Rev. Dr. Meghan Johnston Aelabouni, Bishop of the Rocky Mountain Synod.
This is an opportunity to listen, wrestle with difficult questions, and be part of a live conversation about the crises shaping our communities and our world. Attendees will also have the opportunity to submit questions in advance and engage the issues that are on their minds.
Can't make it in person? We'd still love for you to be part of the conversation!
We encourage you to register even if you're unable to attend.Depending on the sensitivity of the topics discussed, we hope to offer either a livestream or a recording following the event so you can still hear these important perspectives.
And if you know someone who would benefit from this conversation, please forward this email and help us spread the word. The more people we can bring into these meaningful discussions, the greater the opportunity for understanding, connection, and hope.
